The things worth asking first
Does Signallen hold my crypto?
No. Signallen is not a custodian and never takes possession of your funds. Your assets stay in your own Binance account. You connect via API keys that you create, scope and can revoke at any time — and they are stored encrypted.
Will this make me profitable?
No tool can promise that, and you should distrust any that does. Signallen improves the quality of your process — verified setups, defined risk, honest records. Trading remains risky and you can lose your entire capital.
Is the “AI confidence” number really from an AI?
We separate the two deliberately. “Technical setup confidence” is calculated from indicators. The AI reading is a distinct output from a model interpreting those server-computed indicators. We label which is which rather than dressing up arithmetic as intelligence.
Can I let it trade for me automatically?
Bots run in paper mode by default against live prices. Live execution requires both a server-side flag and an explicit opt-in on your account, and is in controlled release while it completes live validation. We would rather ship it late than ship it wrong.
Which exchanges are supported?
Binance USD-M Futures is the supported authenticated exchange today. Bybit and OKX appear in price comparison only. Additional authenticated exchanges are on the roadmap and we will not claim them until they genuinely work.
What happens if an AI analysis fails?
You are not charged for a failed analysis. Coin information is verified before anything runs, and failed calls are still logged for transparency.
