Service status
Signallen is software and information service. Unless separately licensed and expressly stated, it is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, payment institution, financial adviser, fund manager or fiduciary. It does not hold user assets or promise returns.
Key risks
- AI, algorithms, signals and market data can be wrong, incomplete, delayed or unsuitable.
- Past, backtested, simulated and community performance does not predict future results.
- Orders can be rejected, delayed, partially filled, duplicated, filled at another price or left unprotected.
- Internet, hosting, database, exchange, API, email, Telegram and device failures may prevent analysis, execution or alerts.
- Slippage, gaps, funding, fees, liquidity, manipulation, forks, delistings, cyber incidents and regulatory action affect results.
- Stops, kill switches and risk limits reduce but do not eliminate exposure.
- You bear exchange, counterparty, legal and tax risk and must monitor your account independently.
Automated execution
Live automation acts on your funds while you are not watching. You choose the strategy and the limits; Signallen places the orders on your own exchange account and decides nothing on your behalf. While Signallen is down, unreachable or rate-limited it cannot open, close, adjust or protect anything — only orders already resting at the exchange are working, which is why a stop should rest there rather than depend on this service. A profitable backtest or paper run is not evidence of live profitability. Never grant an API key withdrawal permission.
