Is it financial advice?
No. Signals, forecasts, AI output and community content are informational and must be independently verified.
Does it hold my funds?
No. Funds remain at your exchange.
Plans and credits
What do plans cost?
Starter is US$19/300 AI credits monthly; Professional US$39/1,000; Elite US$79/3,000. A limited Free tier may be available.
What uses credits?
Paid external-AI functions such as AI Coach, chart/news explanations, trade review, strategy generation and AI market commentary. Proprietary platform features are generally unlimited on paid plans, subject to fair use.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly credits do not roll over. Planned packs are 100/$5, 500/$20 and 1,500/$50; purchase activation awaits the non-expiring wallet release.
Trading and security
Paper versus live?
Paper mode simulates fills. Live mode can submit real orders only after explicit enablement and safety checks.
Can safety controls prevent every loss?
No. Monitor the exchange independently and be ready to intervene.
Should I grant withdrawal permission?
No. Never grant withdrawal permission to a Signallen API key.
Are alerts stop-loss orders?
No. Alerts are best-effort messages and may be delayed or fail.
AI and privacy
Can AI be wrong?
Yes. Verify symbols, prices, calculations and claims. Never submit passwords, API secrets or card details to AI.
Is my journal public?
No, unless you deliberately publish content through a community feature.
How do I delete data?
Disconnect integrations in Account settings and follow the data deletion instructions for a full request.
