Delete individual data yourself

• Binance connection — open Account → Connected accounts → Disconnect Binance. The encrypted API credentials are deleted immediately.
• Telegram connection — open Notifications → Disconnect / change account.
• Journal entries — trades can be stopped and removed from the Trade Journal page.

Before you delete: open positions

Deleting your Signallen account, or disconnecting the exchange, does not close positions or cancel orders that already exist at the exchange. They are on your exchange account and stay there. Stop your bots, flatten or protect anything open, and confirm the position list at the exchange itself before you delete. Once the credentials are gone Signallen can no longer act on them at all.

Delete your entire account

Open Settings → Account settings → Delete account. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period during which your account stays fully usable and you can cancel from the same place; after the grace period it is executed permanently — profile, journal, notification settings and encrypted exchange credentials included.

If you cannot sign in, send an email from your registered address to bensont01081987@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and it will be handled the same way.

Payment records required for accounting are retained by Stripe according to their retention rules.

Facebook login data

If you signed in with Facebook, the only data received from Facebook is your name and email address. Deleting your account as described above removes this data. This page serves as the data-deletion instructions URL required by Meta.
